How Good to Go Fitness was born...

We've spent years studying and working in an industry that is constantly changing and is dedicated to improving the quality of people's lives through fitness. However, over the years we could not be aligned with the "big" gyms because we saw the message being lost.
The personal training industry began losing its personal touch. It was geared more towards quantity vs. quality with multiple locations and goals for increased profit margins left members to be treated more as numbers as opposed to people. The lack of personal connection amongst members, trainers and staff went hand-in-hand with training programs that ignored specific needs of each person...the gap between the theory of fitness and wellnes and the practice of it, was growing larger and larger. Like most people that get stamped like a number when joining a gym, we had to learn this the hard way.
Fitness and Wellness is more than just joining a gym. It is about the experience of developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle that is structured and allows for flexibility using a variety of training methods that can be used in the gym, at the park, in home, while traveling, etc.
This is how Good to Go Fitness (G2G) was born...bringing a new Evolution of Fitness Beyond the Gym. A company for the communtiy, where once you step in, you are connected...you are a part of the Good to Go Fitness family!
